At “Vasuki House”, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you’re not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help with a clear and simple Refund and Returns Policy.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
- You raise a return request within 24 – 48 hours from the date of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
- In case we do not have pickup service at your location, you have to self ship the Product to our registered address.
- In case of a return, a return charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
Products that are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”.
- Used or damaged items due to misuse.
- Customized Products are not eligible for return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original method of payment.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Products returned in used or damaged condition
- Return requests made after 14 days of delivery
3. Order Cancellations
- You can cancel your order before the order get shipped. Once the Product is shipped you cannot cancel your order.
- To cancel, please contact us immediately via Phone or WhatsApp.
- After 24 hours, your order will be processed and cannot be canceled.
If your order is prepaid and successfully canceled within the time frame, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Defective or incorrect items
To request an exchange, please contact us immediately after receiving the order withing 1-2 working days.
